ATH Training Group Ltd offer workplace compliant First Aid Training in Basildon, Essex including Emergency First Aid at Work Level 3, First Aid at Work Level 3, 12 Hour Paediatric First Aid, CPR and Basic Life Support as well as Manual Handling, Fire Safety Level 2 and Safeguarding Level 2.
Our Emergency First Aid at Work and First Aid at Work courses fully meet the recommendations for workplace compliant First Aid set out by the HSE, and our courses comply with the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations (1981) Act. We also deliver more specific courses such as AED (defibrillator) training which is also covered in every First Aid course we deliver but may be of interest to groups who have purchased an AED for their company / premises and would like to enhance their skills.
Our 12 Hour paediatric First Aid training in Basildon fully meets the requirements for OFSTED and the Early Years Foundation Stage and can be completed as 100% in the class room over 2 days, or as a Blended course where day 1 is completed online and then day 2 in the class room. Both options meet OFSTED requirements with the Blended option designed to cut down on the time that delegates are required to spend in the class room as well as allowing them to work at their own pace in smaller bite size chunks absorbing and retaining the information.
Our CPR and Basic Life Support training in Basildon is suitable for any walk of life, and we are able to provide healthcare professionals such as dental staff, doctors, nurses and physiotherapists their annual BLS update training.

After many years working in the health and fitness industry, I set up ATH Training in 2012. After 5 years of continuously growing the business we bought our Promed Training Ltd based in Colchester in July 2017. Since then we have merged Promed and ATH into ATH Training Group Ltd with Colchester, Chelmsford and Basildon branches to date.
I firmly believe in quality training at affordable prices, and as a business we believe that we deliver on both. Our courses are run in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere and we ensure all learners are fully engaged in the training. We find this approach of putting an emphasis on having fun whilst learning what could be perceived as a complex subject works well and delegates leave not only with the knowledge they require, but also the confidence that they could act in an emergency situation.
We are very lucky to have a fantastic team of trainers, who share our passion for First Aid and deliver our courses the ATH way.
