This comprehensive course is aimed at individuals and businesses where there is a need for a higher level of qualification.
The types of industry where this course is generally required but not exclussive too include tree surgeons, construction site managers, warehouse operatives wher machinary is used, schools, factories and leisure centres.
This is a 3 day course and covers a minimum of 18 contact hours excluding breaks. Our open courses run from 9.30am to 4.30pm however for on site and group bookings times can be tailored to suit your needs.
As off July 2016, the First Aid at Work course can be completed as a blended course where day 1 is online and then days 2 and 3 in the class room. To find out more about blended training please contact us.
In order to gain certification, the full course and contact hours must be met and completed within 10 weeks of starting the qualification.
There is no formal assessment for this qualification, our tutors will continually assess delegates throughout the course ensuring they meet the learning objectives.
A written open response will be completed on the course, however this can be completed at various points throughout or at the end of the course as a group to reinforce the learning objectives.
The course provides delegates with a level 3 certificate vaild for 3 years from the date of course completion.
The awarding body for our courses are Pro Trainings for Vocational Training Qualifications (VTQ) and TQUK where regulated (RQF) courses are completed.
This course costs £240.00 + VAT per person.
